Update Cable Strands

This tool determines the exact length of the Cable Strands and writes this value in the Parameter of the corresponding circuits.
In addition, the total section and the total weight of the Cable Strands are also determined.

Remarks: This Tool makes use of the following parameters according to the Witas template (see project settings):

      RME_BE_NL : BERSnl_C_lengte
      RME_BE_FR: BERSfr_C_longueur
      RME_BE_EN: RSen_C_length
